Vegan Burger
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1 cup lentils, cooked brown or brown
- 1 lb mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 pcs beet grated
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1 tsp ground paprika Hungarian or smoked red paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/21 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Pulse beans, lentils and chickpeas in food processor or mash until coarsely chopped
- Cook mushroom's for a few minutes, add oatmeal at the end
- Add all other ingredients and mix well
- Form burgers patties and lets stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Add oil on a frying pan and fry burgers for 3 minutes each side
- Transfer to the preheated oven 450F for 10 minutes
