Ingredients
  

  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup lentils, cooked brown or brown
  • 1 lb mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 pcs beet grated
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp ground paprika Hungarian or smoked red paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/21 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pulse beans, lentils and chickpeas in food processor or mash until coarsely chopped
  • Cook mushroom's for a few minutes, add oatmeal at the end
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well
  • Form burgers patties and lets stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • Add oil on a frying pan and fry burgers for 3 minutes each side
  • Transfer to the preheated oven 450F for 10 minutes
