Easy raspberry cake from scratch. Enjoy tasty dessert in under an hour. If you don’t have raspberry, use any other berry fruit or cherry.
Raspberry Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cup fresh or frozen raspberry's
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 365°F
- Mix all ingredients except raspberry's.
- Transfer to the prepared baking pan (oil or baking sheet) and than add fruit, pushing some more in the butter
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
