Raspberry Cake

- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cup fresh or frozen raspberry's
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 365°F
Mix all ingredients except raspberry's.
Transfer to the prepared baking pan (oil or baking sheet) and than add fruit, pushing some more in the butter
Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
