One-Bowl Raspberry Cake

Easy raspberry cake from scratch. Enjoy tasty dessert in under an hour. If you don’t have raspberry, use any other berry fruit or cherry.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cup fresh or frozen raspberry's
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 365°F
  • Mix all ingredients except raspberry's.
  • Transfer to the prepared baking pan (oil or baking sheet) and than add fruit, pushing some more in the butter
  • Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
