tomato sauce
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms and chop finely
Chop the onion, then sauté in a little oil with the mushrooms
When the mushrooms have cooled, add flour, baking powder and season with finely chopped parsley leaves, pepper and salt
Mix and well combine, shape the meatballs and fry in well-heated oil
Add one caned tomato and cook for a few minutes
Notes
Serve with mushed potato and fresh salads
